Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains what information Ratescomic Floor Coating ("we", "us") receives through ratescomic.beer, through calls to the phone number shown on the site, and through the forms here. It also explains how we use that information. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Information You Give Us

When you call or send a form, you may share your name, phone number, email address, location and a few details about your floor coating project.

Information Collected Automatically

Some details arrive on their own while you browse. These can include your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and the time of your visit. Calls made through the number on this site may be logged, and some are recorded for quality checks and billing.

How We Use Your Information

We use what we receive to:

• Connect you with an independent floor coating provider near you
• Pass your request details to that provider so they can follow up
• Answer your questions and emails
• Learn how people use the site and the phone lines
• Make the site and the service work better
• Follow the law and guard against fraud

Who Receives Your Information

We are a referral service. That means we send your contact and project details to one or more independent providers, or to marketing partners, so they can reach you. These are separate businesses. Each one follows its own privacy practices.

We also use vendors that help run the site and phone lines. Examples are hosting, analytics and call-tracking companies. They may handle some data on our behalf. We may share information when the law requires it, or when we need to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information for money. In some places, sharing data with marketing partners counts as a sale or share under the law. If that applies to you, you may have the right to opt out.

Cookies

The site may use cookies and similar tools to understand how it is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may work less well if you do.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may be able to ask to see, correct or delete your personal information. You may also be able to opt out of some sharing. Send your request to contact@ratescomic.beer. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act on it.

How We Protect Data

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system can promise perfect security, though. We keep data only as long as the reasons above need, or as long as the law requires.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
