Ratescomic Floor Coating is a referral service for homeowners whose concrete floors need help. We are not a coating company. We do not send out crews, and we do not hold a contractor license. We connect you with independent providers in our network, then step back so they can do the job.

How Matching Works
You reach out by phone or by request form. Share your town in the Manassas area, the kind of floor you have, and what you hope to change. We pass that along to a local provider who handles that kind of work.
The provider then contacts you. They will ask questions and may offer to look at the floor. Request a callback to check provider availability, which varies by provider and by season.
What We Ask of Providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to be honest about the scope of a job, give written quotes, explain the prep work, and treat your home with care. Each provider is responsible for their own licenses, insurance and workmanship where local rules require them. It is smart to ask for proof before you agree to anything.

We do not do the work, set prices or sign your contract. Your agreement is with the provider. We cannot promise a result, a date or a cost. We also cannot give legal or insurance advice. If you think a policy may apply, check it, and know that providers can often help document damage for a claim.
