Homeowners who reach out to Ratescomic Floor Coating deserve fair treatment. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect next. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You can contact us about:

• A call or message with Ratescomic Floor Coating that went poorly
• How we handled or protected your personal data
• Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
• How a provider we referred you to behaved

If a Provider Let You Down

Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, start by telling the provider in writing. Keep copies of what you send.

Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Still, Ratescomic Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.

How to Send a Complaint

Write to contact@ratescomic.beer and include:

• Your name and contact details
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's company name, if you know it
• A short story of what happened and what outcome you hope for

What Happens Next

We will confirm by email that we got your message, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include talking with the provider. After that, we will share what we found and what we plan to do.

If You Are Still Not Happy

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help too.
